Residential homes to become “polite brothels”?

Peter Righton didn’t fool the entire social work profession. This letter from April 1977 shows that A. Whitaker from Bodmin, Cornwall, had serious misgivings about Social Work Today’s star columnist who was later exposed as a predatory paedophile and part of a national network of abusers. Note the defensive comment from Social Work Today’s editor.
